Who Called the Police?

A late-night distress call sends Investigator Raymond Vance and his team to a fortified house on Linden Lane. Inside, they find Gavin Cross armed and desperate, and Holden chained to a radiator, shaking and barely able to speak. Raymond frees Holden and takes Gavin into custody, certain he has rescued a victim. But Gavin's warnings refuse to fit the story everyone wants to believe. As small details in the house begin to contradict the scene, Raymond has one question left: who really made that call?
