I Came to Kill My Mate

Wrenley is a rogue assassin with one contract left between her and survival: kill Alpha Heath of Dunmore Keep. The feared tyrant has spent years locked inside his own fortress, and she expects an easy target. Instead, the moment their eyes meet, a forbidden mate bond sparks between her blade and his heart. Now the keep is closing around them, the ground is trembling, and the councilman who hired her is demanding Heath’s death. If Wrenley wants to survive, she’ll have to decide whether the Alpha she came to kill is the one person she can trust.
